Schools and colleges grounds maintenance

Currently, my firm successfully maintains the school grounds for both primary and secondary schools.

Unlike many other contractors all work is completed on the same day by the same team:

: Grass cutting                    : Sports field cut                                                   : Pruning of shrubs and hedges      

: Litter picking                 : Blowing / sweeping of paths and playgrounds    : Hoeing and weeding  

: Spraying of weeds on hard standing areas ( Only in school holidays.)

For the same price per visit.

Sports play a big part in the school curriculum and in it's extra curriculum activities.  All sports fields are cut with a Cylinder ride on mower, which gives an excellent finish for all school sports.  Additionally we can measure and mark out all athletic and sports pitches.

We consider communicating and working with the school and it's staff very important at such times as: exam periods, sports days, summer fairs, open days and sports fixtures.  Furthermore we can offer advice on future school projects for example conservation gardens, vegetable plots, planting schemes, indoor planting and play surfaces.

All members of staff have been CRB Enhanced Checked,  are qualified in horticulture, wear a recognizable uniform and work as a team to deliver an efficient, value for money service, with emphasis on health and safety.

                                            

Hollow Rubber Mats

These mats are basically all-rubber mats with holes!

They are perfect for laying onto outside decking areas, as they provide a good anti-slip surface.

             

Laid onto grass in a play area the hollow mats help protect grass roots from wear in high activity areas, while also offering a good anti-slip surface.

School gardens plots are increasingly popular as a great way of teaching children how different plants grow, harvest and of course health eating.
